Jiří Brožek is a Czech film editor born in 1947 in Roudnice nad Labem. In 1973 he graduated in editing from FAMU in Prague. After school he joined the Barrandov Film Studio, where he worked until 1991. Editor Jiřina Lukešová recommended him to directors Jiří Menzel and Jaroslav Papoušek, with whom he made his first independent film…
