Safety or serious abuse

Nonconsensual intimate imagery

Use the dedicated Intimate Image Removal Request process. An account is not required. Valid requests receive the legally required priority treatment.

Future Premium billing

When Premium launches, use for charges, renewal, cancellation, receipts, or subscription access. Cancel through the online billing controls whenever available.

What to include

Provide:

  • the email associated with your account, if relevant;
  • your username, if relevant;
  • a concise description of the issue;
  • the exact FilmShuffle page or content location;
  • relevant dates and steps already tried; and
  • the result you are requesting.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card numbers, government identification, or material you do not have the right to share.

Do not attach or re-send suspected child sexual abuse material or a nonconsensual intimate image. Identify where it appears instead.

Technical problems

Use Report a Problem for bugs, broken pages, incorrect movie data, failed imports, display errors, or other technical issues. Use in-product report buttons for abusive profiles or community content.

Emergencies

FilmShuffle support is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee an immediate response. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service for that person’s location.
