I Want to Be

Synopsis

After his father's early death, a young fisherman's son, Stinky Crab (Huang Kunxuan), lives with his mother and sister (portrayed by Li Shuzhen), mending fishing nets and selling shell necklaces for a living. Following an accidental injury during a dispute with tourists, he is adopted by a wealthy, childless couple. He subsequently lives an affluent life but loses contact with his birth family. The story follows the turning points in his life as an adult.
