Synopsis

In this deeply personal documentary, Benjamin Wagner sets out to understand his own mental health challenges by exploring the impact of acute and chronic stress on a population in which anxiety, depression, and dysregulation are epidemic. With the help of friends and neighbors like State Senator Sarah McBride, Somatic Psychologist Matthew D. Tousignant, and Music Therapist Kelli Rae Powell, Wagner discovers a path to resilience for himself and his neighbors.
