Synopsis

The debut film by Suzan van Eck explores the transience of friendship through a surreal journey into memory and the subconscious. Drawing from personal experience, the filmmaker reflects on the emotional weight of losing a childhood bond. At age 12, Emma suddenly loses her cherished friendship with Sarah. Throughout her life, she struggles to let go, clinging to memories that gradually shift and fade.
