Synopsis

Documentary examining the economic, environmental, and social consequences of the Paraná Waterway concession during the 1990s and the debate surrounding its re-tendering. Drawing on testimonies from community leaders, workers, academics, and residents of riverside areas, it connects local conflicts with the country's structural dynamics: the concentration of wealth, territorial degradation, and the organizations that resist them.
