Synopsis

# Translation The story tells of a father's sacrifice in raising a child abandoned by his mother. Karim lives with his only son Hafiz, who uses a wheelchair due to partial paralysis. The chapter of pain in their lives began after Karim was abandoned by his wife when Hafiz was still young. Since then, Karim has taken on various jobs and been forced to tighten his belt to gather money to treat Hafiz. Karim believes Hafiz will recover despite doctors confirming there is no hope for recovery. Meanwhile, Arissa, a widow and an old friend of Karim's, comes to visit them as a family. Arissa arrives to visit them bringing her own child, Amni. In one incident, Hafiz falls from his wheelchair and Karim panics. Arissa, puzzled and bewildered by Karim's change in behavior, eventually discovers that Hafiz has actually died in that incident two weeks ago. Karim cannot accept this fate.
