Synopsis

Tales from Mecca is a heavy drama (Islamic) revolving around strange events and mysteries that befell Malaysian pilgrims while performing hajj and umrah. The story is based on true stories as well as accounts from newspapers and magazines. Each episode presents a different story and cast. Episode 1: Door No. 9 of Masjid Nabawi A true story of the great love of Datin Umi Kalthum after her husband Datuk S. Roomai Noor passed away in the Holy Land. Episode 2: Who Did I Meet? A true story about Aisyah who went to Mecca without money but was given assistance by Allah in a most mysterious way. Episode 3: Fate A true story of Juwita, an elderly woman, who was forced to go to Jabal Rahmah to seek a husband but rejected proposals when they came. Episode 4 - After Asr At Pillar 251 A true story of Razak who had to choose between using money to perform umrah or undergo surgery.
