Japan : Toyoko Kids

Synopsis

Roaming the streets of Tokyo at night are the so-called "Toyoko Kids", marginalized youths rejected by Japanese society. They have found refuge in Kabukichō, the country's most notorious district. Officially, authorities count 300 Toyoko Kids; in reality, there are likely thousands of them, invisible or ignored.
