Minus 103 Degrees

Synopsis

In February 2023, German alpinist Jost Kobusch completed a historic solo winter ascent of Denali, North America's highest peak. Yet for him, Denali was just a step toward a greater vision: a solo winter ascent of Everest via the West Ridge. The film captures this bold journey with exquisite cinematography, immersive sound, and an introspective narrative that delves into Kobusch’s unique philosophy of solo alpinism.
